The Indonesian Children’s Appeal

Our main aim is to help poor children on a long term basis by paying for their schooling. Children are sponsored from kindergarten through to high school (TK to SMA).

We currently have five educational projects in progress in Java, Bali and Sumatra. The main source of our funding is from private donations, Zakat and from a special collection tin at the Hatch-Barnwells’ London business. While continuing to fund existing projects on an on-going basis, we intend to focus at present on new projects related specifically to mainland Sumatra including Aceh and the surrounding islands for the survivors of the tsunami.
